Print the goal card, write what time you will wake up each day & post a selfie in the group with your goal card, introducing yourself.

I don't have a printer to print the goal card, can I still join?

Absolutely! Many challenge members use their phones to keep track or write on a piece of paper. There are a bunch of creative ways to still make your pledge.
