Caffeine is great, we're huge fans, but we also believe it has to be consumed carefully.

Scientists have studied caffeine extensively, and concluded that healthy adults are not at risk for potential adverse effects from caffeine if they limit caffeine consumption to 400mg per day. Read more here and here.

Viter Energy Original Mints contain 40mg caffeine per piece. We recommend a maximum 10 pieces in any 24 hour period.

Viter Energy Extra Strength Mints contain 80mg caffeine per piece. We recommend a maximum 5 pieces in any 24 hour period.

Viter Energy Gum contains 60mg caffeine per piece. We recommend a maximum 6 pieces in any 24 hour period.
